What Flows does today

Seven things that already work today.

Only what is finished is listed here. We don't announce what's still coming.

  1. 1

    Every enquiry becomes a case.

Whether through a public form, by email to an inbound address of its own, or automatically from another program: every enquiry becomes a case that doesn't disappear in an inbox.

  2. 2

The process says whose turn it is.

You decide once how a case runs. After that, every step lands in the right person's task inbox. Some steps Flows handles itself, such as sending an email.

  3. 3

    Everything is on the timeline.

Every action lands on the case's timeline. Anyone who needs to know looks it up instead of asking around.

  4. 4

Quotes your customers accept in one click.

Flows produces the quote as a PDF on your letterhead. Your customer accepts it through a secure link – without an account of their own.

  5. 5

    Templates to start from.

Ready-made processes for enquiry → quote, incoming invoices and holiday requests. Take one, adjust it, get going.

  6. 6

    Change it without breaking it.

In the process editor you change steps, try them in a test run, and go back to an earlier version if you need to.

  7. 7

    Your team is in it.

You invite your people. Each of them sees in their task inbox what to do next.

  • Case ANF-2026-0042: a request’s timeline, waiting on Katrin’s approval.

    Everything is on the timeline.

  • Process editor: the step list of an "Inquiry → Quote" draft.

    Change it without breaking it.

  • My tasks: a few open tasks in Jana’s inbox.

The process says whose turn it is.

  • Customer page: a quote from Tischlerei Brandt awaiting acceptance.

Quotes your customers accept in one click.

An example

From enquiry to accepted quote.

Roughly how the “enquiry → quote” template runs.

  1. The enquiry arrives.

Through the form or by email. Flows opens a case.

  2. Someone owns it.

The task “prepare quote” lands in the right person's task inbox.

  3. The quote goes out.

As a PDF on your letterhead, by email to the customer.

  4. One click is enough.

The customer accepts through the secure link. Everything is on the timeline.
